tidy family roomcomfortable bed
the family room suited our needs well. it was tidy, and the cleanliness was noticeable. i found the two pillows on the comfortable bed a nice addition, ensuring a restful night.
the bathroom door was a little difficult to close completely.

I appreciated how clean the hotel was. It made for a comfortable environment. The proximity to local eateries and attractions was a definite plus. Everything was within easy walking distance. Staff provided prompt assistance when needed. The room also included fresh towels and toiletries, a nice touch.
The walls seemed quite thin, so noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes noticeable.

A Decent Stay with a Few Drawbacks

The staff was very friendly. The location was great as it was close to town and everything I needed. The room was what I expected, simple but adequate for my needs.
The shared toilet was down two flights of stairs. This was not ideal. The room felt drab. It could have used some pictures or decorations. The white paintwork looked dusty. A bit more cleaning would help.

Adequate location, substandard stay
basic storagedrab decor
The room lacked basic storage. A chest of drawers or wardrobe would have been useful, instead of just a few hangers on a bracket. The room's decor felt drab. Though there were hooks on the wall, no pictures provided any cheer. I found the shared toilet inconvenient. It was down two flights of stairs and its narrow space made it difficult to maneuver.
